FrameDB is a static site. It sets no cookies and runs no analytics. Most pages load nothing from other servers. The kit's download and restore pages also talk to the small store server described below.
- Browser storage. Your theme choice and checklist ticks are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your computer.
- Hosting logs. The site runs on Cloudflare Pages and the store server on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare may keep standard request logs (IP address, user agent, time) for security and abuse prevention, under its own policy. I have request logging switched off on the store server.
- Reports. Reports you send through the form arrive as email in my inbox. I publish the fields from the form and the name you gave, never your email address, and I don't add it to any list. Email me and I'll remove a report.
- Buying the kit. You pay on Stripe's checkout page, under Stripe's privacy policy. Stripe tells me what it tells any seller: your email address, your country and the payment. The store server asks Stripe whether a checkout was paid, and for Restore it compares the email and the digits you type with Stripe's record of the purchase. It doesn't store your email, card digits or IP address. It keeps salted hashes of IP addresses and emails to limit retries, which expire within a day, and a count of download links per purchase.
- Links. Links to Steam and other sites are plain links, and those sites have their own policies.
